Job summary

Applied Counseling Consulting Services (ACCS) seeks a Finance and Operations Manager to partner with the CEO, protect financial health, and drive accountability across leadership. The role focuses on budgeting, revenue cycle management, and operational excellence while fostering growth and strategic initiatives with partner organizations.

The successful candidate will lead finance, HR documentation, and project management, leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• MBA or master's in healthcare administration or healthcare leadership (near completion acceptable).
• Hands-on experience with P&L management, forecasting, and revenue cycle management.
• Proven project management experience with continuous quality improvement methods.
• Comfort using technology and AI tools, with enthusiasm for helping others adopt them.

Responsibilities

• Financial and operational stewardship: manage accounts payable, accounting, and P&L; lead budgeting, forecasting, and revenue cycle management; oversee reimbursements and vendor relationships.
• Leadership team accountability: organize meetings, track action items, monitor KPIs, ensure fair decisions, verify HR docs.
• Partnerships and growth: liaison to partner orgs; support growth ventures incl. counseling services and OVR programs.
• Technology, quality, and projects: lead adoption of technology/AI tools; promote CQI; support marketing and CEO follow-through.
