Responsibilities

• Lead strategic forecasting and financial reporting processes for hospital leadership.
• Drive business performance improvement by analyzing metrics and engaging with revenue cycle to optimize financial outcomes.
• Oversee capital management and business-case analysis for new service lines and equipment investments.
• Conduct discretionary expense reviews to identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure operational efficiency.
• Manage labor productivity and staffing analysis to align financial targets with clinical operations.
