Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Experience in multinational environments, ideally with European headquarters.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and familiarity with IFRS or European standards.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilités

• Lead financial management and control for the U.S. entity, ensuring tax compliance and HQ standards.
• Oversee AR and AP teams, ensuring timely billing, collections, and payments.
• Manage financial closings and KPI reporting for strategic decision-making.
• Drive process optimization across finance, operations, logistics, and commercial funcs.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts and cash flow aligned with objectives.
• Ensure compliance with fiscal and regulatory obligations, coordinating auditors.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration to strengthen end-to-end processes.
• Implement and maintain internal controls and digitalization.
• Coach and develop the AR/AP team, fostering accountability.
