Job summary

GloPros is seeking a Finance Operations Process Lead to own transactional finance processes within SAP S/4HANA, guiding change requests and ensuring accurate closes across entities.

You will shape changes, run UAT, and train finance users, while building durable documentation that outlasts the team. This senior role requires 10–15 years in finance operations and CPA or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years in finance operations or accounting operations, ideally in shared services or controllership.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA FI/CO as a business user who runs the close in the system.
• Proven ability to write test cases and sign off on fixes.
• Track record of process ownership across the transactional cycle.

• Own transactional finance processes end to end: month-end close, account reconciliation, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and intercompany flows.
• Shape and prioritize finance change requests with clear problem statements, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Run UAT for finance changes: write test cases, validate fixes against real close scenarios, and sign off before deployment.
• Train and coach finance users on S/4HANA transactional processes, building documentation that outlasts individual team members.
• Drive close-cycle discipline and process standardization across entities, reducing manual journal work and reconciliation exceptions.
• Partner with controllership, shared services, and the IT delivery organization to keep the finance template clean.

About the Role
