Job summary

Carlisle Corporation in Memphis, TN, seeks a senior FP&A professional to lead financial reporting for approximately 220 fast‑food restaurants. You will manage dashboards, variance analysis, budgeting, and performance reviews to drive profitability.

Collaborating with operations, HR and accounting, you will optimize labor, food costs, and controllable expenses while supporting capital projects and new openings.

Qualifications

• Degree in finance, accounting or business administration required; advanced certs preferred.
• 5+ years in finance, accounting, FP&A or operations finance in multi-unit settings.
• Experience with restaurant or retail operations is highly preferred.
• Strong grasp of P&L, labor, food cost, and KPI analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial operations reporting for ~220 restaurants, covering sales, labor, food cost and profitability.
• Develop and distribute dashboards and scorecards for ops leadership to spot trends and risks.
• Partner with ops to review weekly performance, explain variances, and propose actions.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting across restaurant operations.
• Analyze P&L to improve margins, reduce waste, and strengthen controls.
• Provide financial guidance for openings, remodels, capital projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with Accounting for close activities and expense coding accuracy.
• Monitor cash handling, deposits, refunds, inventory, and field controls to reduce risk.
