Job summary

Carlisle Corporation in Memphis, TN seeks an HR Field Operations Manager to serve as the primary field HR contact for districts and restaurants, guiding employee relations, staffing, policy interpretation, and workplace concerns.

You will lead recruiting strategies for restaurant management and hourly staff, support succession planning for District Managers, coordinate performance reviews, and ensure compliance with employment laws across locations, traveling to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience including employee relations, recruiting, succession planning, performance management, and field operations support.
• Experience supporting multi-unit restaurant, retail, hospitality, or other high-volume field operations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, workplace investigations, corrective action, hiring compliance, performance management, and talent planning.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR field contact for assigned districts, restaurants, and operations leaders regarding employee relations and staffing.
• Investigate complaints and workplace concerns in a timely, fair, and well-documented manner.
• Provide guidance on corrective action, documentation, and terminations; partner with leadership and legal counsel when needed.
• Lead and support recruiting strategies for restaurant management and hourly staffing needs; forecast staffing and build market plans.
• Coordinate and support performance reviews for operations roles and leadership positions; ensure consistency and timeliness.
• Ensure HR practices align with policies and employment laws; train managers and rollout HR programs across field operations.
