Responsibilities

• Supervise operations staff, distribute workloads, and ensure timely completion of daily tasks.
• Review and approve new accounts with client financial information, objectives, funds sources, and docs.
• Review and approve wires, checks, deposits, journals, transfers, and trade corrections.
• Resolve operational escalations with clients, advisors, custodians, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with firm policies, regulatory requirements, and recordkeeping procedures.
• Support hiring, staff development, performance management, and internal projects.
