Qualifications

• Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 24 licenses in good standing.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Experience in broker-dealer operations or registered investment firm.
• Solid understanding of brokerage operations, account administration, trade processing, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Professional judgment, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily broker-dealer operations including account handling, maintenance, transfers, and trade support.
• Support compliance with FINRA, SEC, and state regulations, plus internal policies and supervisory procedures.
• Apply supervisory controls and escalate potential compliance issues and operational risks.
• Serve as a key contact for financial advisors and clients, resolving issues promptly.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve accuracy, and strengthen controls.
• Coordinate daily priorities, manage workflows, and ensure service standards and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records and assist with operational reporting, audits, and regulatory reviews.
• Collaborate with compliance, trading, finance, technology, and other internal teams to support business objectives.
• Provide professional support in English and Spanish to advisors, clients, and partners as needed.
