Leeds Professional Resources in Miami is seeking an experienced operations professional to manage futures trading operations, including daily booking across asset classes, and to explain and reconcile daily P&L. You will collaborate with accounting and settlement teams to ensure accurate, timely settlements and contribute to building a robust control environment.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of operations experience within financial services or commodities.
• Experience with daily P&L reconciliations and cash flow understanding.
• Ability to collaborate with accounting and settlement teams to ensure timely settlement.

Responsabilidades

• Daily booking of a variety of futures across multiple asset classes.
• Produce and explain daily Profit and Loss reconciliations.
• Understand cash flows for each trade and coordinate with accounting and settlement teams to ensure accurate, timely settlement.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement new procedures or change existing processes to maintain tight controls front-to-back.
• Build an effective control environment, set minimum standards, and develop new processes as needed.
• Support traders in day-to-day activities.
• Perform various related duties.
