LeadingIT, a growing MSP, seeks a Finance Manager in Woodstock, IL to own day-to-day financial processes and provide leadership with accurate, timely information. Responsibilities include billing, AR/AP, reconciliations, reporting, forecasting, and cash-flow tracking.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of finance experience, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with QuickBooks Online or similar software. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of finance/accounting experience.
• Experience with AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Strong Excel skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day accounting and finance processes.
• Monthly financial close and reporting.
• Monitor AR aging and oversee collections.
• Coordinate vendor invoices and approvals (AP).
• Oversee payroll and employee administration with HR.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and cash-flow projections.
• Assist with integration of acquired companies into financial systems.
