Job summary

LeadingIT, a growing MSP in Woodstock, IL, seeks an Accounting Manager to own daily financial operations and deliver accurate, timely reports. The role focuses on billing, AR/AP, payroll, and reconciliations, while supporting forecasting, budgeting, and margin analysis.

You will drive process improvements, maintain strong financial controls, and ensure clean month-end closes. A collaborative, data-driven environment awaits the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of finance/accounting experience.
• Experience with AP, AR, payroll, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day accounting functions including billing, AR, AP, and reconciliations.
• Prepare and present monthly financial reporting and scorecard metrics.
• Support budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Assist with acquisition integrations and financial system alignment.
