Responsibilities

• Facilitates departmental financial operations including contract & grant administration, purchasing, travel, and financial matters under the supervision of the FAO.
• Directly supervises four employees and indirectly supervises support staff in the FAO's absence.
• Exercises independent judgment in solving day-to-day operational problems and in making recommendations on resources, policies, practices, and operations.
