Mercedes-Benz Research and Development North America (MBRDNA) invites a Finance & Operations Intern to join the Finance team, supporting the CFO and stakeholders with data-driven analysis and cross-functional projects. The role can start in November this year or January 2027.

You will develop financial workflows, support strategic projects, and help improve efficiency across the organization. Requirements include a High School Diploma or pursuing a Bachelor’s in Finance/Business/Accounting,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or working towards Bachelor’s Degree – Finance, Business Administration, Accounting.
• Ability to capture and document information to execute business processes.
• Strong analytical thought process and ability to consolidate data sources.
• High business curiosity; proactive and agile mindset.
• Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced global environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Copilot, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Team player with effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial workflow guide across all business units.
• Support Finance Business Partners and other team members on strategic and ad-hoc financial projects and reports; support digital transformation of Finance and identify process improvements.
• Support the Finance Team to ensure plausibility of planning/forecasted actuals for business units.
• Support the Finance Team to develop recommendations on improving efficiency against benchmarks and drive implementation.
