Job summary

Mercedes-Benz Research & Development North America (MBRDNA) is seeking a Finance & Operations Intern to support the CFO and Finance team with data-driven analysis and strategic initiatives. You will work on diverse projects with Finance Business Partners, contributing to digital transformation and process improvements.

The role starts November or January 2027, offering exposure to global operations and a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or Accounting (or pursuing).
Ability to capture and document information to execute business processes.
Strong analytical thinking; consolidate data sources for data-based recommendations.
Curiosity, quick learner with proactive and agile mindset.
Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, global environment.
Advanced MS Office skills, esp. Excel, PowerPoint, and Copilot.
Team player with effective business communication.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement financial workflow across all business units.
Support Finance Business Partners and other team members on strategic/adhoc projects and reports; support digital transformation and process improvements.
Assist in ensuring plausibility of planning/forecasted actuals for business units.
Develop recommendations to improve efficiency and drive implementation across the organization.
