Mission Staffing is sourcing a Finance/Operations Associate for a boutique private equity/venture capital fund in New York City. The role sits on a small finance team, collaborating with the IR and Investment teams to develop business strategy, build processes, support trading, and drive finance projects.

We value a go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment with growth potential and exposure to leadership. In-office presence required five days a week in Midtown, NYC.

Responsibilities

• Own a true generalist finance/ops seat — touching everything from portfolio execution to fund finance, not siloed into one lane
• Work closely with the investment team, with execution tied directly to live trades and front-office requests
• Open to a range of backgrounds — as long as you're eager to learn and pick things up fast
• Help build the systems and data processes the function runs on, with real ownership over how things get designed
• Small, close-knit team with direct access to leadership and real day-to-day visibility
• Scope grows over time — from core execution into performance reporting and broader analytics as the team scales

Finance/Operations Associate role with a Boutique Private Equity/Venture Capital Fund in NYC.

The role sits on a small finance team, will work closely with the IR and Investment team, and will work to develop business strategy, create and build out processes, support the trading process, track the market, and other finance projects.
