Job summary

Signature Federal Systems , LLC is seeking a professional to perform a broad range of financial activities in support of Sponsor services. The role includes preparing accountings, monitoring funding streams, and reconciling ledgers to ensure data integrity across systems.

The candidate will provide technical and financial guidance to managers and customers, apply OGFM policies, and assist in developing financial procedures within Sponsor guidelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of professional experience in financial records processing.
• An Associate’s Degree in finance, business administration, or closely related field.
• Knowledge of GAAP and finance regulations applicable to government offices.
• Strong oral and written communication skills for customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine to moderately complex financial activities and analysis to support management, staff, and customers.
• Prepare accountings for certification in support of Sponsor services.
• Monitor funding streams for incoming/outgoing money related to Sponsor services.
• Reconcile general ledger and related accounts and take corrective action as needed.
• Provide guidance on entitlements, accounting requirements, and Sponsor policies.
