Job summary

Osmo is seeking a Finance & Operations Engineer to sit inside the Office of the CFO. You will own FP&A responsibilities including modeling, budgeting, and business partnering, while driving automation and data infrastructure across the finance stack.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or similar rigorous role.
• Advanced modeling skills: build auditable models from scratch.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently with different stakeholders.
• Strong written communication: concise and well-organized.
• Tech-forward finance: uses AI tooling and automation as a first-order approach.
• Comfort with incomplete information and making judgments without permission.
• Experience with ERP or accounting systems at the transaction level (NetSuite preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own the corporate financial model, long-range P&L, cash forecast, and scenario analyses.
• Build and maintain department budgets; surface variances with commentary.
• Prepare board- and investor-facing materials and data room exhibits.
• Support month-end close and manage reporting package.
• Create models for strategic decisions: make-vs-buy, pricing, headcount ROI.
• Design and maintain data infrastructure connecting systems to the corporate model.
