Job summary

Viona Pharmaceuticals Inc in New Jersey is seeking a senior finance professional to oversee accounting operations including A/R, A/P, chargebacks, rebates and inventory accounting. You will run daily and monthly reports to reconcile data across SAP, iContract and 3PL, ensuring compliance with SOPs.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s in finance, 10 years US pharma experience, strong SAP skills and advanced Excel, with excellent analytical and communication abilities to drive process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or business administration.
• 10 years of experience in US pharma finance operations.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounting operations related to A/R, A/P, chargebacks, rebates and inventory accounting.
• Run daily and monthly reports for submissions tracking and data reconciliation between iContract, SAP and 3PL.
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions by following SOPs and processes.
• Experience with general ledger and month/quarter/year end close processes.
• Manage cash flow and payments.
• Perform any other related job functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage accounting operations related to A/R, A/P, Chargebacks, Customer’s Fees, Rebates and Inventory Accounting.
• Run daily and monthly reports to facilitate submissions tracking, validation and data reconciliation between various software reports (iContract Vs SAP Vs 3PL).
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions by following related SOPs and processes.
• Experience with general ledger functions and the month-quarter-year end close process
• Manage cash flow and payments.
• Any other related job functions.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS – SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:

• Understanding of GTN
• Excellent accounting software user and administration skills
• Excellent SAP skills
• Strong knowledge of systems and processes in Finance domain.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ERP system
• Strong analytical, problem solving, negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor of Business Administration, Finance, or similar field
• Master degree preferred, but not required
• Around 10 years of experience in US Pharma Industry
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft office suite
