Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree and CPA (or equivalent) with 10–12 years of accounting/financial controlling experience.
• ERP system experience in a multinational environment.
• Strong experience in Shared Service organizations and finance transformation initiatives.
• Extensive SAP and Microsoft Office knowledge.
• Solid knowledge of local GAAP and IFRS.
• Teamwork and cross-functional collaboration, including taxation.
• Excellent problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with cross-department interaction.
• Ability to meet deadlines, punctuality, and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and control month-end close for entities under IFRS and report to Corporate.
• Manage issues during close and ensure accuracy of accounts before group reporting.
• Provide technical accounting and controlling guidance; review journal entries and tax calculations.
• Lead balance sheet reconciliations and BS/PL review files; escalate as needed.
• Oversee statutory reporting and coordination with external auditors and advisors.
• Lead Shared Services Hub and ensure standardized, high-quality service across regions.
• Resource planning, hiring, performance management, and transition resourcing.
