Job summary

The Training Center, a New Jersey-based trade school, seeks an Operations & Accounting Coordinator to bridge finance, operations, and HR. You will keep bookkeeping current, onboard clients, and produce timely management reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, HR, or business administration.
• 2+ years in bookkeeping, accounting, or admin finance roles.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and month-end close preferred.
• Strong organization and multi-deadline management.
• Excellent communication and cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain monthend reconciliations and up-to-date QuickBooks records.
• Invoice clients, track balances, and follow up on overdue accounts.
• Prepare financial reports and management summaries.
• Support payroll data entry and confidentiality.
• Lead process improvement projects and SOP development.
