Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Process Operations Specialist within its Fund Accounting team to enhance efficiency through automation, handling daily swaps processing, broker statement reconciliation, and reporting.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in accounting or finance (or equivalent) and 3+ years of accounting/finance experience, with strong Excel and Power Platform skills. This position is on-site at Milwaukee/Brookfield locations, three or more days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent work experience.
• Three or more years of experience in accounting or finance activities.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily operational and accounting tasks, including swaps processing, broker statement reconciliation, and reporting.
• Support high-volume workflows while maintaining accuracy and timeliness.
• Utilize and maintain automation tools such as Excel macros, templates, and workflow-driven processes.
• Troubleshoot automation issues, including macro failures and process disruptions.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement and increased automation.
• Collaborate with team members to manage workload and ensure continuity of operations.
