Realty Income Corporation is seeking a Manager, Finance Operations Automation to own the customer payment experience and cash application automation. Lead strategy across portal, ACH, and wire channels, with governance of remittance processing and posting.

You will partner with Finance, Accounting, Technology, and Data teams to design scalable, auditable solutions and apply AI to improve matching and straight-through processing.

Qualifications

5+ years leading Finance Operations or cash application programs.
Experience automating finance workflows and payments processing.
Ability to design scalable automation roadmaps and backlogs.
Strong SQL/Python for data analysis and matching optimization.
Knowledge of financial controls and audit requirements.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end customer payment strategy across channels.
Lead design and improvement of cash application automation.
Define scalable frameworks linking payments, remittance, and accounts.
Evaluate tech options, build business cases, and drive adoption.
Collaborate across Finance, Accounting, Technology, and Data teams.
