Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day business operations of the unit, including purchases, payables, and appointments.
• Oversee contract management for procurement and revenue-generating activities; supervise accounts receivable processes.
• Produce monthly financial statements and ad hoc reports using Banner, BA4, Eddie, and My-UI-Financials.
• Ensure records retention and compliance with university policies and external regulations.
