About the Position:

The Finance Operations Associate plays a vital role within both our Systems and Finance teams, stationed at our headquarters in Sandy, Utah. In this part time role, you will dive into projects that lay the foundation for organizational growth. This role is designed for those who have a technical aptitude for analysis, process improvement, and delivering exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders.

Your Impact:

• Manage financial account assignments including fee schedules, payout schedules and management styles as part of our billing and reporting in Orion.
• Help resolve accounts that have fees rejected at the custodian
• Assist Internal Stake Holders in the process of making the data entry more efficient
• Support the systems teams with audits related to billing
