Precision Garage Door Service is seeking an Operations Analyst in Pompton Plains, NJ to support day-to-day financial and operational needs. This role blends customer service, administrative coordination, and business operations to help the team run smoothly.

You will work with ServiceTitan, Salesforce, and QuickBooks, collaborating with operations, accounting, and field teams to reconcile payments, manage invoicing, and resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in a business operations or similar professional role.
• Experience with CRM systems preferred (ServiceTitan, Salesforce).
• Experience with financial data: AR, AP, GL, invoicing.
• Basic understanding of AR, AP, GL, invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
• Experience with QuickBooks is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and with multiple departments.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Able to handle confidential financial information.

Responsibilities

• Apply, batch, and post daily customer payments in ServiceTitan.
• Perform daily invoice reconciliation and follow up on discrepancies.
• Review and tag jobs and communicate with team to resolve items.
• Contact customers about outstanding balances and assist with collections.
• Follow up with technicians regarding cash and check payments.
• Enter financial and operational data into QuickBooks.
• Count and reconcile daily cash and prepare deposits.
• Enter and process vendor bills.
• Research and correct payment issues and troubleshoot in ServiceTitan.
• Provide support to AR, AP, and GL functions.
• Serve as first contact for payment, invoice, and billing questions.
• Coordinate with operations, customers, vendors, and accounting teams.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely data entry.
• Identify discrepancies and take ownership of resolutions.
