• Finance, Accounting, or Business degree is required.
• 5+ years of experience in financial operations, accounting, contract administration, or project financial management.
• Strong understanding of invoicing, revenue tracking, reconciliations, and operational accounting processes.
• Experience with NetSuite preferred.
• Advanced Excel, Google Sheets/Docs, and financial reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the financial lifecycle of client accounts from proposal and contracting through invoicing, reconciliation, and final program closeout.
• Oversee profitability tracking, financial estimating, billing schedules, and reconciliation for client programs.
• Maintain accurate financial records and reporting within NetSuite.
• Coordinate monthly and final billing processes with account management teams.
• Process operational invoices, journal entries, expense allocations, and vendor payments.
• Lead monthly operational reviews with account managers to monitor program performance, scope changes, and financial impacts.
• Update, manage, and maintain client contracts and independent contractor agreements.
• Coordinate contract approvals, execution, and document management.
• Track invoicing milestones and ensure invoices are submitted according to contractual terms.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and financially minded Finance Operations Analyst to oversee the full financial lifecycle of client programs from initial sales and contracting through final reconciliation and billing closeout. This role is central to the company’s operational and financial infrastructure, ensuring accuracy in forecasting, invoicing, profitability tracking, contract management, and financial reporting across multiple client accounts and programs.

As the Finance Operations Analyst, you’ll manage the financial lifecycle of client accounts from proposal and contracting through invoicing, reconciliation, and final program closeout, while coordinating billing, contract administration, and financial reporting across account management

Salary Range: $70,000-$80,000

The salary range for this position will be determined based on a variety of factors, including experience, qualifications, and the geographic location of the candidate.

This position is a hybrid in NYC office and remote schedule.
