Your Opportunity with Us

The Finance Operations Analyst operates in a fast-paced environment, overseeing daily financial operations and providing analysis to troubleshoot system and financial issues. Reporting to the Director of Product Solutions, this role ensures the efficiency of transaction processing.

Essential Functions

1. Develop and coordinate daily financial processing tasks, including report generation for transactions, deposits, and activities.
2. Perform daily cash movements to ensure sufficient funds for claims and investments.
3. Reconcile all bank accounts daily.
4. Investigate and resolve debit card reconciliation issues.
5. Adjust the OneBridge system for treasury-related matters.
6. Respond to finance and cash management helpdesk tickets.
7. Resolve processing issues and coordinate with relevant parties.
8. Assist with investment onboarding and financial processes for new initiatives.
9. Troubleshoot systematic issues, providing analysis and resolutions.
10. Respond to occasional overnight issues related to investment reconciliation.
