Job summary

Apptegy is hiring an AI Automation Engineer to design and implement AI-powered workflows that drive operational efficiency across finance and operations. You will work with Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, and N8N, integrating systems like NetSuite, Salesforce, and Snowflake to automate and scale processes.

You’ll partner with process owners, define measurable outcomes, and publish reusable automation patterns while collaborating with AI Champions across the business.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building AI-powered automation workflows.
• Experience integrating systems via APIs, webhooks, and data flows.
• Capacity to translate business needs into technical solutions across finance and operations.

Responsibilities

• Find the work by mapping processes with owners, including exceptions and workarounds.
• Size it before you build it by defining metrics and expected results up front.
• Build and automate smart workflows using AI agents, APIs, SQL and Python.
• Own the connective layer by moving data between systems via APIs and webhooks.
• Publish shared primitives and maintain the automation inventory across functions.
