Job summary
Apptegy, a leader in education technology, seeks an AI Automation Engineer to design and deploy AI-powered workflows that unite finance, ops, and platforms. You will build durable automation across NetSuite, Salesforce, Snowflake, and more, partnering with process owners to streamline operations and scale impact.
You will explore and implement AI tooling (Claude/Claude Code, N8N) and APIs, collaborating across functions to deliver measurable efficiency gains while sharing best practices
Qualifications
- Experience designing AI-powered workflows across finance and ops.
- Proven ability to map current processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Strong API, webhook, data flow integration experience.
- Hands-on with AI tooling and automation platforms.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication.
Responsibilities
- Map current work with process owners and identify high-value automation.
- Define metrics and expected outcomes before building.
- Build and automate workflows using AI agents and API integrations.
- Move data between systems via APIs and pipelines.
- Publish shared templates and maintain automation inventory.
