Northwest Line JATC in Battle Ground, Washington is seeking an experienced Office Manager / Accounting Supervisor to lead the accounting and administrative operations of a growing apprenticeship and workforce-training organization.

You will manage day-to-day accounting, oversee payroll and benefits, and supervise the administrative team, reporting to the Executive Director. The role combines hands-on accounting with people leadership in a mission-driven trade-education setting.

Qualifications

• Strong accounting background with reconciliations and financial reporting.
• Payroll processing and benefits administration understanding.
• Experience supervising an administrative team and coordinating workflows.
