Job summary

The Hershey Company is recruiting a Future Opportunity Grad Intern in Finance for Summer 2027. This full-time 12‑week program (40 hours/week) is based in Hershey, PA within our Finance organization, offering exposure to strategic pricing and revenue growth initiatives.

Applicants should be enrolled in an accredited MBA program, with preferred concentrations in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Economics; a GPA of 3.2+ is preferred.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited MBA program.
• Concentrations in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Economics preferred.
• GPA of 3.2 or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support creation and implementation of strategic pricing actions, development of customer investment strategy, and tactical trade promotion optimization recommendations to optimize the total value creation of Hershey's CMG business.
• Perform analyses that enable insights-based, consumer-back recommendations for pricing and portfolio evolution, and inform promotional pricing.
