Job summary

The Hershey Company in Hershey, PA is offering a Spring 2027 co-op from January to June 2027. This full-semester internship provides exposure to high-level projects and leadership with top management across Marketing, Sales, Retail, Supply Chain and Finance.

You will analyze data to develop selling stories, manage the weekly inventory report, participate in website enhancements and AR display library, and contribute to ROI analyses to drive profitable display solutions.

Qualifications

• Students from all majors with a focus on business post-graduation.
• Sophomore year completed with GPA 3.0 or better.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• At least one prior internship and leadership roles encouraged.
• Experience with data analytics, Excel and PowerPoint preferred.

Responsibilities

• Effectively analyze data to develop selling stories, merchandising principles and insights.
• Manage our weekly display inventory report.
• Lead website enhancements and augmented reality display library.
• Lead research projects to develop new merchandising ideas.
• Support cross-functional teams across Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain and Packaging.
• Conduct ROI calculations to drive profitable display solutions.
