Aristocrat is seeking a Finance Manager – Tech Services to join our world-class team and serve as a key finance partner to our Tech Services organization. Tech Services plays a critical role in our success by supporting customers through the installation, maintenance, and repair of gaming machines.

You will collaborate closely with Tech Services leaders to boost financial performance, fulfill financial objectives, and deliver insights supporting solid business decisions.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of financial planning & analysis experience.
• Demonstrated project leadership and cross-functional coordination.
• Working knowledge of the gaming industry.
• Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and executive presentations.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and synthesize insights.

Mansioni

• Lead development and submission of annual budgets and forecasts.
• Coordinate planning timelines across Finance and cross-functional partners.
• Oversee Tech Services month-end close, accruals, and reporting.
• Analyze monthly/quarterly performance vs budget and forecast.
• Identify cost drivers and efficiency opportunities with Tech Services leadership.
• Prepare executive dashboards and analyses for decision support.
• Collaborate with Accounting and Finance leaders to improve processes.
• Maintain and improve forecasting and headcount models.
• Simplify and automate forecasting while maintaining controls.
• Build relationships across organizational levels and regions.
• Lead or support special projects and ad hoc analyses.
