Aristocrat Leisure Ltd. in Las Vegas, NV invites applications for a Finance Manager – Tech Services. You will partner with Tech Services leaders to drive financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and decision support.

You'll lead the month-end close, develop insights for executives, and help optimize planning and reporting. A strong background in FP&A, collaboration, and Excel proficiency is required for this hybrid, full-time role in a fast-paced gaming tech environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Admin.
• 5+ years in financial planning and analysis or related fields.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis skills.
• Experience presenting to executives and senior leaders.

Mansioni

• Lead annual budgets and periodic forecasts with timely deliverables.
• Manage Tech Services month-end close, accruals, and reporting.
• Analyze monthly/quarterly performance against budget and forecasts.
• Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and insights for decisions.
• Collaborate with Tech Services and Finance leaders to improve planning.
• Build and improve forecasting models and headcount planning.
