Aristocrat Gaming in Las Vegas seeks a Finance Manager - Tech Services to partner with Tech Services leadership, driving budgeting, forecasting, and financial insights that support strategic decisions around installation, maintenance, and repair of gaming machines.

You will lead the month-end close, develop robust financial models, and deliver executive-ready analyses while maintaining strong controls and data integrity in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years in financial planning & analysis, business unit finance, or corporate finance.
• Proven project leadership and cross-functional coordination.
• Knowledge of gaming industry concepts, products, markets, or regulatory aspects.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, variance analysis, and business partnering.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgets and forecasting processes, ensuring completeness and timeliness.
• Coordinate planning timelines across Finance and cross-functional partners.
• Manage Tech Services month-end close, including accruals and reporting.
• Analyze monthly/quarterly performance against budget and forecast.
• Track cost factors and identify efficiency opportunities with Tech Services leadership.

Aristocrat is seeking a Finance Manager - Tech Services to join our world-class team and serve as a key finance partner to our Tech Services organization. Tech Services plays a critical role in our success by supporting customers through the installation, maintenance, and repair of gaming machines.

You will collaborate closely with Tech Services leaders in this role to boost financial performance, fulfill financial objectives, and deliver insights supporting solid business decisions. What You’ll Do

• Lead the development and submission of annual budgets and periodic forecasts, ensuring complete, accurate, and timely delivery.
• Coordinate planning timelines, assumptions, submissions, reviews, and deliverables across Finance and cross-functional business partners.
• Manage the Tech Services month-end close, including reclasses, accruals, management reporting, and ongoing assessments of risks and opportunities.
• Analyze monthly and quarterly performance against budget, forecast, prior year, and other relevant benchmarks.
• Track major cost factors and collaborate with Tech Services leadership to discover efficiency opportunities and assist business decisions.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and analyses suitable for executives that simplify complex financial and operational information into straightforward conclusions and actionable suggestions.
• Work alongside Tech Services leadership, Accounting, and Finance leaders to improve planning, reporting, and decision support.
• Maintain and improve financial models used for forecasting, planning, headcount planning, and reporting.
• Simplify and automate forecasting and management-reporting processes while maintaining appropriate controls, documentation, and data-quality standards.
• Build effective relationships across organizational levels, functions, regions, and business segments.
• Lead or support special projects and ad hoc financial analyses requested by senior leadership.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Five or more years of advancing experience in financial planning and analysis, business unit finance, corporate finance, or a related field.
• Demonstrated project leadership and cross-functional coordination, with the ability to influence collaborators without direct authority.
• Working knowledge of the gaming industry, including relevant products, markets, customers, operating models, or regulatory considerations.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, variance analysis, and business-partnering capabilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience preparing executive-level presentations and reports.
• Ability to analyze extensive financial and operational data, recognize significant business impacts, and articulate complex issues clearly and succinctly.
• Good judgment, attention to detail, and a strong dedication to financial accuracy and integrity.
