Aristocrat Technologies in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Finance Manager - Tech Services to partner with Tech Services leadership, driving budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, and delivering insights for strategic decisions.

You will lead the month-end close, develop financial models, and collaborate across Finance and Operations to optimize costs and performance while maintaining controls and data quality.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years in financial planning and analysis or related field.
• Demonstrated project leadership and cross-functional coordination.
• Working knowledge of the gaming industry and related markets.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, variance analysis, and business-partnering capabilities.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience preparing executive-level presentations and reports.
• Ability to analyze extensive financial and operational data and communicate findings clearly.

Mansioni

• Lead the development and submission of annual budgets and periodic forecasts with accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate planning timelines, assumptions, submissions, reviews, and deliverables across Finance and partners.
• Manage Tech Services month-end close, including accruals, reclasses, and management reporting.
• Analyze monthly/quarterly performance against budget, forecast, and benchmarks.
• Track major cost factors and identify efficiency opportunities with Tech Services leadership.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and analyses for executives with clear conclusions.
• Collaborate with Tech Services leadership, Accounting, and Finance to improve planning and reporting.
• Maintain and improve financial models used for forecasting and headcount planning.
