Competition Subaru of Smithtown is seeking a qualified Automotive Finance Manager to join our top-notch team on Long Island. You will support the sales team, ensure accurate paperwork, and deliver world-class customer interactions while structuring price and trade-in presentations.

Ideal candidates have automotive finance or sales experience, CDK familiarity, and a proven ability to meet sales and customer-satisfaction targets.

Responsibilities

• Assist sales team with processing or completing sales.
• Make sure the paperwork is complete and accurate before it goes into accounting.
• Provide world-class interaction with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Structure sale price & trade-in presentations.
• Maintain CSI at or above company standards.
• Ensure and manage proper follow-up and communication with existing and prospective clients through telephone, mailings, and electronic media before purchase and service.
• Ensure and manage incoming email and phone calls by responding to customers via electronic media.
• Reinforce company policies and adhere to company standards.
• Encourage compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Promote and maintain reasonable Employee Satisfaction.
• Follow Safeguards rules and regulations.
