Qualifications

5+ years of finance and accounting experience across multiple roles.
Bachelor's degree required.
Knowledge of SQL/ETL and large-scale data tools preferred.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain financial models for Sub-Same Day program decisions, including P&L analysis, scenario modeling, and cost-benefit frameworks.
Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Transportation, Prime, and Retail to understand drivers of Delivery Experience performance.
Develop insights and recommendations that inform strategic trade-offs between delivery speed, customer experience, and cost efficiency.
Support all financial planning cycles including Month End Close, Quarterly Forecasts, and annual Operating Plan (OP1/OP2).
Create and improve reporting infrastructure – building scalable tools, dashboards, and processes that reduce manual effort and improve data accessibility.
Prepare materials for senior leadership reviews.
Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support emerging business questions.
