• 5+ years across multiple finance and accounting roles.
• 6+ years applying KPIs to analyses.
• 6+ years building financial and operational reports.
• 6+ years driving process improvements with automation.
• 6+ years in continuous improvement projects for controllership.
• 5+ years dissecting financial data to support strategy.
• 5+ years leading cross-functional initiatives to drive performance.
• 5+ years in finance, tax or related analytical field.
• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Identify control risks, evaluate impact, implement improvements.
• Deliver weekly/monthly financial close.
• Use financial systems and advanced MS Excel on large data sets.
• Work with diverse data sources; fix data issues or escalate.
• Communicate data clearly to varied audiences.
• Identify and implement finance process improvements.
• Develop yourself in the Finance Community and share knowledge.
