Amazon’s NACF Finance is seeking a Finance Manager to partner with operational and functional leaders in a fast-paced retail network. You will own end-to-end reporting, build models, and mentor team members while driving financial excellence across the business.

You will lead initiatives to improve controls, automate processes, and present findings to leaders with clear narratives. A strong background in finance, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of finance, tax or a related analytical field experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with SQL/ETL is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end financial reporting for your business area, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.
• Build and maintain financial models and analyses to support operational and growth decisions.
• Identify and resolve data integrity issues, design improved controls, and develop auditable data analysis processes.
• Lead projects from start to finish, manage timelines and priorities, and collaborate across teams to deliver results.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, or scale finance tools and processes across teams.
