Job summary

Amazon’s NACF Finance team is seeking a Finance Manager to own financial planning cycles and drive cost improvements across the North America fulfillment network. You will partner with operational leaders, validate ROI on projects, and translate KPIs into actionable insights.

With 5+ years in finance analytics and cross-functional leadership, you will influence senior stakeholders and help optimize end-to-end costs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of dissecting financial data and identifying patterns that support business strategy.
• 5+ years of leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance and strategy.
• 5+ years of finance, tax or a related analytical field experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end ownership of the financial planning cycles including forecast modeling and presentations to senior leadership.
• Perform projects financial validations to ensure ROI insights are accurate.
• Collect, analyze and manage quantitative data and create reports to lead business improvement and defect cost reduction.
• Perform root cause analysis to uncover core issues using data and assist operation stakeholders to improve measures for sites productivity.
• Invent and simplify processes to drive efficiency and cost improvement over finance processes related to defect costs.
• Think big to deliver scalable solutions to understand end-to-end cost and identify improvement opportunities.
• Communicate data clearly to stakeholders and partner with senior leaders on cost strategy and goals.
• Prepare and present cost analyses to support governance and decision making.
