Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Finance Manager of SG&A Finance in Costa Mesa to partner with corporate functions and own labor and workforce planning. You will drive performance through partnerships, management reporting, budgeting inputs, and long-range planning, while leading a team of analysts.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in FP&A or corporate finance with at least 2 years leading a team.
• Experience as a finance business partner to SG&A or corporate functions.
• Strong understanding of SG&A cost structures and workforce planning.
• Experience designing enterprise-level reporting, planning processes, or allocation models.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into concise executive narratives.
• Proficiency with FP&A tools, ERP, and enterprise data management.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-growing environment; U.S. person due to access.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a finance partner to SG&A departments, providing guidance, spend visibility, and decision support.
• Own enterprise headcount planning and forecasting with scalable frameworks.
• Develop labor cost models, scenario analyses, and workforce ramp plans.
• Drive SG&A budget ownership and variance analysis with department leads.
• Create workforce cost analytics and benchmarking against peers.
• Align workforce investments with strategy and government contract requirements.
• Systematize workforce data and collaborate with HR/IT/Finance to ensure data integrity.
• Lead annual headcount and compensation planning cycles including merit increases.
• Create executive-level financial models and report to senior leadership.
• Manage and develop a high-performing team of analysts.
