Kohler Co. in Kohler, WI, is seeking a Finance Manager, FP&A (Sales & Standard Margin), to own sales and margin forecasting, build driver-based models, and provide forward-looking insights to support enterprise planning.
This role partners with business and Finance leaders to align forecast assumptions, translate drivers into insights, ensure forecast governance, and deliver leadership-ready reports with timely updates.

Location: Onsite, four days per week – Kohler, WI
The Finance Manager, FP&A (Sales & Standard Margin), owns sales and standard margin forecasting, providing driver-based financial modeling, forward-looking insights, and forecast governance to support enterprise planning and decision-making.
This role partners with business and Finance leaders to align forecast assumptions, explain revenue and margin drivers, and ensure sales, margin, and financial outputs are connected and transparent.
The Finance Manager, FP&A (Sales & Standard Margin) strengthens forecast discipline, integrity, auditability, and control compliance while improving the speed, accuracy, and business relevance of forecast updates.

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation.
