Job summary

Kohler is seeking a Finance Manager for Fixtures to act as the day-to-day finance partner to category teams in Kohler, WI. You will build models, analyze profitability, pricing, and mix, and support forecasting and scenario planning.

You will strengthen financial discipline, ensure data accuracy, and deliver actionable insights for leadership. This onsite role collaborates with FP&A and shared finance resources to drive margin improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; MBA/CPA preferred.
• At least 6 years in finance/FP&A or accounting.
• Experience in forecasting, driver-based modeling, and margin analysis.
• Strong analytical ability and data translation to insights.

Opportunity

Under the direction of the Director - Finance, Fixtures, the Finance Manager - Fixtures serves as a day-to-day finance partner to category teams, providing financial analysis, modeling, and decision support for the Fixtures portfolio.

This role supports category performance through profitability, pricing, mix, forecasting, scenario planning, KPI tracking, and actionable insights that inform business decisions and recommendations.

The Finance Manager helps strengthen financial discipline, data accuracy, auditability, and control compliance while improving speed to insight and the quality of category decision support.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the day-to-day finance partner to Fixtures category teams.
• Build financial models that support category decisions and performance management.
• Provide actionable insights on profitability, pricing, mix, and margin drivers.
• Support forecasting, scenario planning, and business case development.
• Frame financial tradeoffs and recommendations for category leaders.
• Track KPIs and explain performance trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Use advanced analytics tools and data to improve speed and quality of insights.
• Identify opportunities to support margin, pricing, and value creation initiatives.
• Prepare clear, decision-ready analysis for category and Finance leadership.
• Partner with FP&A, Category Finance, pricing, and shared finance resources as needed.
• Maintain accuracy, auditability, and documentation of models and analysis.
• Ensure analysis and reporting comply with financial controls and governance standards.

Skills/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field required; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of relevant finance, FP&A, accounting, or business analysis experience.
• Experience with forecasting, driver-based modeling, sales and margin analysis, variance analysis, and business partnership preferred.
• Strong analytical capability, forecast discipline, data accuracy, and ability to translate complex drivers into clear financial insights required.
