Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field is required.
• Minimum of six years of related work experience required.
• Minimum of one year managerial or supervisory experience required.
• A Master’s degree or CPA license and five years of experience will also be considered.
• CPA/MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

Aufgaben

• Oversee contract revenue and operating budgets, ensuring expenditures stay within authority.
• Lead development and implementation of annual capital and operating budgets with PSD Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis.
• Perform in-depth financial analysis of monthly statements, physician P&L, and annual budget; include ROI analyses and scenario modeling.
• Oversee revenue cycle analysis and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and cash flow.
• Develop objectives with Executive Administrator/Chair and CFO; provide analytics support for Pod departments.
