Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of experience in analytics or financial planning.
• Leads a team responsible for reporting, dashboards, and data governance.
• Strong collaboration with Finance, IT, and operations stakeholders.
• Experience designing automated reporting and BI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead modernization of financial reporting with automated dashboards and self-service analytics.
• Develop reporting solutions using Power BI, Excel, SQL, and BI platforms.
• Automate manual processes using VBA, Power Query, SQL, and Power Automate.
• Create standardized KPIs, dashboards, and reporting packages for leadership.
