Job summary

UPMC is seeking a Manager, Finance - UPP to oversee financial reporting, budgeting, analytics, and revenue cycle support for the Physician Services Division pod. The role collaborates with PSD, Hospital and University executives to analyze results and drive financial performance.

Based at Forbes Tower in Pittsburgh with a hybrid schedule, the position leads budgeting processes, cost analyses, incentive plans, and financial operations, ensuring timely, accurate reporting and strategic planning

Responsibilities

• Oversee contract revenue and operating budgets, ensuring expenditures stay within limits.
• Oversee financial management of clinical trials.
• Lead the development and implementation of annual budgets, coordinating with PSD Corporate FP&A.
• Monitor department budgets and report on all financial transactions.
• Perform in-depth financial analyses of statements and physician P&L, ROI analyses, and scenario modeling.
• Provide financial analytics to PSD leadership and coordinate with Hospital and University executives.
