Sr. Business Development Executive / Full-Desk Recruiter

*This role is 100% Remote, but you must live in the US

Frederick Fox, a leading A&F search firm, is partnered with a PE-backed health services provider on the search for a strong Finance Manager.

In this role, you will play a key role in the financial planning and management of the organization. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations, developing budgets, preparing financial reports, and providing strategic insights to senior leadership. This role doesn’t require much Accounting work, and is heavy on FP&A.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Monitor financial performance and identify areas for improvement
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations
• Manage cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and general ledger functions
• Lead internal and external audit processes
• Collaborate with department heads on financial matters and cost control
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions
• Supervise and develop finance or accounting staff as needed

Requirements:

• 5+ years of progressive experience in Finance
• Strong experience with both NetSuite ERP and Excel-based budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
• Previous employment with a PE backed organization
• Healthcare Service industry experience
