The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Finance Manager to own and elevate core financial operations—specifically cash management, tax compliance, internal controls, and insurance / risk mitigation. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and wants to be a key player in building best-in-class financial systems from the inside out.

This is a unique opportunity to bring clarity and control to complex, multi-account cash processes and help drive operational excellence across a distributed and dynamic organization.

You'll play a key role in ensuring continuity and compliance within a structure that includes global leadership and U.S.-based operations.

What You’ll Own:

  • Oversee and optimize end-to-end cash management strategy, including forecasting, visibility, and account structure across multiple banking relationships
  • Lead the bill approval process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and policy alignment across departments
  • Own and manage all aspects of corporate insurance programs, including general liability, product liability, property, cyber, and D&O coverage; lead annual policy renewals, assess risk exposure, and ensure adequate coverage aligned with business needs.
  • Identify, assess, and enhance internal control procedures, ensuring financial accuracy and compliance as we scale
  • Evaluate current financial workflows and recommend strategic improvements to reduce risk and increase efficiency
  • Navigate the complexities of operating in a U.S.-based environment with global executive presence, ensuring smooth coordination and reporting
  • Partner with external tax consultants to manage compliance, filings, and tax optimization strategies
  • Contribute to audit preparation, financial reporting, and process documentation
  • Build scalable, tech-enabled systems that support long-term growth and global operations

What You’ll Bring:

  • 7–10+ years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or audit, ideally within high-growth CPG, wellness, or eCommerce businesses
  • Expertise in cash flow management, treasury operations, and internal controls
  • Solid understanding of tax compliance and risk frameworks for U.S.-based operations
  • Strong systems orientation — experience with Acumatica, NetSuite or comparable tools
  • Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity with confidence and accountability
  • Experience working in or alongside globally distributed teams a strong plus
  • Self-starter mindset with a bias for structure, improvement, and ownership
