Finance Manager (Fully Remote)

We're hiring a Finance Manager to lead financial operations, tax compliance, and reporting for a growing multi-state manufacturing partnership — fully remote.

If you have experience in partnership tax, multi-state tax prep, apportionment, and regulatory compliance — and love working independently with strategic impact — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

️ Lead all financial reporting, including income statements, tax returns, and audits

️ Own multi-state tax filings, sales tax, and nexus compliance

️ Manage partnership tax structures and financial statement accuracy

️ Collaborate with the parent company on variance analysis and reporting

️ Oversee internal audits, process improvements, and cost/margin analysis

️ Support a manufacturing operation with visibility into leadership decisions

You Bring

• CPA (Required) + Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
• 8–10 years of financial management experience
• Deep knowledge of state tax compliance, apportionment, and partnership tax
• Background in manufacturing or industrial environments
• Sharp analytical skills and comfort working autonomously in a remote setup
